Kendall Bell is chair for the Committee on Equity. Her responsibilities include keeping members of the Federation of Social Workers informed of their civil rights and equity issues and how they pertain to the workplace. Also, the committee works to bring awareness of diversity issues and help create an atmosphere of sensitivity within the workplace. Bell has a bachelor's degree in Social Work from State University of New York at Brockport.

Susan Davenport has been the chair of the Mobilization Committee since October 2009. She was previously a steward for the Child Support Enforcement Unit and MA-SSI Advocacy. Her duties include the motivation and mobilization of the membership. Susan has worked for Monroe County for 15 years and is currently an investigator with the Child Support Unit.
